Today, the Puri Foundation announced a $2 million commitment to the Family Peace Center's new facility in downtown Rockford. In recognition of this historic gift, the new building will be named the PURI Family Peace Center.

The largest single private donation in the organization's history, this commitment will help create a nearly 50,000-square-foot facility providing critical services and resources for survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their families.

This milestone reflects the philanthropic legacy of Sunil Puri, founder of First Midwest Group, and the Puri family's continued dedication to strengthening the communities where we live and work.
