Between USDA loan requirements, inspections, repairs, contractor estimates, and appraisal challenges, this transaction had its fair share of hurdles…but with patience, persistence, and teamwork, we made it to the closing table!

The best part? We got the deal closed while putting approximately $7,000 MORE in the seller’s pocket than the competing offer they were originally prepared to accept. 🙌
