Friday mornings are better with breakfast! Our team gathered at the office last Friday to enjoy breakfast sandwiches, fresh fry cakes, apple c***r, and coffee. Congratulations to Popli Design Group on the opening of their new downtown Rochester office at 220 Alexander Street!

On Thursday, we joined the Popli team for their ribbon cutting, marking the official start of their new downtown location after more than three decades in Penfield.

Led by Buckingham Properties’ in-house construction team, the extensive build-out transformed a largely vacant space into modern offices across the building’s top two floors. As one of our largest construction projects in more than five years, this project reflects our continued investment in 220 Alexander Street and our commitment to creating updated, functional spaces for office tenants.

We’re excited to welcome Popli and look forward to seeing their team thrive in their new space!

Our portfolio has expanded!

Buckingham Properties recently acquired Blossom Business Center, adding 260,000 square feet and more than 30 new tenants to our portfolio. This acquisition marks our expansion into Rochester’s North Winton neighborhood and furthers our commitment to investing in the Rochester community.

The acquisition also brings new and continued partnerships. Child Care Council, Inc., a co-owner of the property and a longtime anchor tenant, will continue its work at Blossom Business Center. We’re also excited to continue our relationship with Artisan Works which will maintain ownership of their building while exploring new opportunities following the sale.

We’re excited to welcome Blossom Business Center to the Buckingham Properties portfolio and look forward to what’s ahead!
