These Stats are compiled by COUNTY for August 2026 from the North Texas Multiple Listing Service (MLS) by Republic Title and are for Single Family Residential homes. Keep in mind County stats include many cities, zip codes and subdivisions.

Your Realtor can take a deep dive into your neighborhood and research those specific numbers. If you don’t have a Realtor, contact me for market information of interest.

Dallas & Rockwall Counties Average Sales Prices are UP by about 5% from last year! Collin & Denton Counties did not much change from last year. Stay tuned for CITY stats that reveal a different picture, with Average Sales Prices down in many cities.
