Vacaville is a solano community between Sacramento and San Francisco, CA and has a population of 100,154.

As of 2018, the population density was 1,263.6/km2 (3,272.3/mi2). There were 28,696 housing units at an average density of 409.1/km2 (1,059.5/mi2).

Of the 28,105 households, 20,966 were families. The average household size was 2.83 and the average family size was 3.24.

According to the city of Vacaville, in 2019/2020, median household income was 39 percent above the national average and 19 percent higher than the state average.

Philadelphia is one of the oldest municipalities in the United States. At the 2010 census, there were 1,526,006 people, 590,071 households, and 352,272 families residing in city. The population density was 11,233.6/mi². There were 661,958 housing units at an average density of 4,900.1/mi².

Houses for sale this year in the Philadelphia region sold more quickly and for higher prices than they have in a decade.

The Philadelphia metropolitan area’s median sale price was $272,100, the highest in the last 10 years. The median sale price was $32,000 higher than April of last year. Low supply is leading to an increase in Philadelphia home prices.

Austin is a great place to start investing. As of the U.S. Census of 2019, estimate, Austin had a population of 978,908, up from 790,491 at the 2010 census.

In 2018, Austin metro-area companies saw a total of $1.33 billion invested. Austin's VC numbers were so strong in 2018 that they accounted for more than 60 percent of Texas' total investments.

According to the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR), between 2010 and 2019 the home sales have increased by 84%. The median home price in Austin has increased from $193,520 in 2010 to $318,000 in 2019, and the market is not showing signs of slowing down in 2020.
