🏡 JUST SOLD! Congratulations Kevin & TK on purchasing your FIRST HOME! 🎉🔑

Some transactions are extra special, and this one definitely means a lot to Greg.

Greg has known TK for over 20 years and has had the privilege of watching her go through so many chapters of life. From welcoming her first son, to getting married to Kevin, welcoming their second son, and now being part of their journey to becoming homeowners. Being able to help them take this next step as a family is truly something special.

Real estate doesn't always go according to plan, and this one is a perfect example of why patience, persistence, and having the right team matter!

Our sellers originally purchased this condo with the intention of downsizing from their larger home. Unfortunately, when the market shifted, their original home didn't sell as expected. After spending some time in the condo, the wife realized just how much she missed the extra space and decided it was time to move back to their original home and sell the condo.

The condo market has been particularly slow, and this listing was no exception. After 7 months on the market, several price adjustments, and very limited showings, we were getting to the point where the sellers were considering taking the condo off the market altogether.

But before pulling the plug, we received an offer!

Through continued negotiations, we were able to get the condo SOLD for $30,000 BELOW the original asking price! 🙌 Sometimes it's not about getting the price you originally hoped for; it's about understanding the market, adjusting your strategy, and making the best decision for your goals.

Of course, we had a few hurdles along the way. During the transaction, we ran into issues with the new HOA management company and their ability to provide the necessary documentation. Rather than allowing that hurdle to derail the deal, we collaborated with the buyer's agent, Denise Neal, and Austin Roberts with Direct Rate to find an alternative solution and keep everything moving forward.
