The original listing price was $1,399,999, and we closed at $1,295,000 — that’s $104,999 below the original list price, plus a $45,000 seller credit at closing! Wooohoo! 🔥💰

This one is extra special because this is a repeat client I helped purchase a very successful investment property for about three and half years ago (swipe left).

Two home inspections for two different clients in this market on the same day? One is a repeat client, and the other came through a referral. What a blessing! 🙏

And yes, I personally attend all of my buyers’ home inspections. I believe my job doesn’t stop once an offer is accepted. That’s when the real work continues.

I want to be there with my buyers—walk through the home with them, listen to the inspector’s findings, ask questions, and help them understand what they’re buying before we get to the closing table.
