Always always always have your inspections done, whole house, sewer scope and termite at the bare minimum. Your investigation period is your time to look at anything and everything you want and isn’t limited to inspections. What schools will your kids be assigned to? What’s the neighborhood vibe? How long is your commute? Take this time to ensure you’re happy and confident with your decision to buy that house!
