Did you know? The current median home price for Shasta County is $358,500. Based on the most recent data, home appreciation in the next year is forecasted to be 4.42%.

That means the same home is forecasted to have a value of $374,300 in 1 year. OR $452,000 in 5 years.

Home prices are now the same as they were this time last year.. It does not appear home prices are going down..
