Starting work on a total renovation of this 1980 home. We'll be increasing the size of it by having 2 new additions on the front. The interior will be a total redesign of the existing spaces to make the living areas more open and accessible, and to update the overall living environment to current standards. when we are done this will not look like the same house.

RARE MODERNIST HOME SAVED: Unbelievable that we almost saw this historic home become a pile of rubble.

This one-of-a-kind home was a Historic Landmark, but previous owners requested removal of landmark status — allowing new owners full freedom to demolish the house.

Thankfully, it was rescued at the last moment and moved from its original site. The Weber House was built in 1953-54 and designed by legendary architect and founding faculty of NC State’s design school: George Matsumoto.

Now, take a look at how BEAUTIFULLY it’s been restored!!
