๐Ÿ“ TRIANGLE SPOTLIGHT

Wake Forest vs. Raleigh vs. Holly Springs: Which Triangle community fits your lifestyle? ๐Ÿก

One of the biggest questions I get when people are moving to the Triangle is, โ€œWhere should we live?โ€

And honestly, there isnโ€™t one right answer. It really comes down to what matters most to you!

๐ŸŒณ Wake Forest
Looking for a suburban feel, established neighborhoods, and a charming downtown to explore? Wake Forest offers a mix of community events, local businesses, and options for buyers looking for everything from townhomes to homes with more space.

๐Ÿ™๏ธ Raleigh
Want access to a bigger city atmosphere, restaurants, entertainment, and a variety of neighborhoods? Raleigh offers plenty of different lifestyles, from walkable areas near downtown to quieter residential communities.

โ˜€๏ธ Holly Springs
Looking for a suburban community with parks, greenways, family activities, and newer neighborhood options? Holly Springs is worth exploring if you want that community feel while staying connected to the greater Triangle area.

Before choosing an area, I always encourage buyers to think beyond the house itself. Consider your commute, budget, preferred lifestyle, and what you want your everyday life to look like.

And remember, the best fit for someone else might not be the best fit for you!

One of my favorite parts of helping people move is figuring out which community feels right for them, not just finding a house that checks the boxes. โค๏ธ

If you had to choose, would you pick Wake Forest, Raleigh, or Holly Springs? And why? ๐Ÿ‘‡

One of my favorite homes from the 2026 Parade of Homes in Wake Forest! โœจ

This incredible architectural showcase by Kennon Construction in Grand Highland Estates, Wake Forest, NC, is the perfect blend of modern design, thoughtful details, and luxury living.

From the stunning chefโ€™s kitchen and beautiful indoor-outdoor entertaining spaces to the private ownerโ€™s retreat and incredible bonus spaces, every detail feels intentional. And that outdoor living area? Definitely a standout!

Homes like this are a reminder of what makes Wake Forest such a special place to call home. ๐Ÿก Whatโ€™s your favorite feature in this property?

My baby boy is ONE! ๐Ÿฅน๐ŸŽ‚ Watching him grow over this past year has been the sweetest reminder of how quickly time flies. From his tiny newborn days to the adventurous, always smiling, silly little boy he is today, he has brought so much joy and laughter into our lives.

Being a mom is my most important job, and Iโ€™m so grateful for the moments that remind me what itโ€™s all about. โค๏ธ

Hereโ€™s to ONE whole year of loving you, sweet boy! ๐Ÿฅณ

โœˆ๏ธ RELOCATION DIARIES

If I were moving to the Triangle today, hereโ€™s how Iโ€™d start. ๐Ÿก

Moving to a new area can feel overwhelming, especially when youโ€™re trying to figure out which community feels like you. If I were starting from scratch, Iโ€™d focus on three things:

๐Ÿ“ 1. Choose your lifestyle before your ZIP code.
Want a walkable downtown, a little more space, or a neighborhood with plenty of family activities? Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Apex, and Holly Springs each offer something different.

๐Ÿš— 2. Test your daily commute.
A house might look perfect online, but Iโ€™d check the drive to work, schools, grocery stores, and the places Iโ€™d visit regularly. Your everyday routine matters!

๐Ÿ’ฐ 3. Get clear on your budget early.
Look beyond the purchase price. Property taxes, HOA fees, insurance, commuting costs, and potential maintenance can all affect what feels comfortable month to month.

And my biggest piece of advice? Visit if you can, explore more than one area, and donโ€™t feel like you have to figure it all out alone. The right move is about finding a place that fits your life, not just finding a house.

Helping people feel at home in the Triangle is one of my favorite parts of real estate. โค๏ธ

If you were moving to the Triangle, what would be your biggest question: where to live, what you can afford, or how to get started? Drop it in the comments! ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ“ TRIANGLE SPOTLIGHT

๐Ÿ‚ Your Triangle fall bucket list!

Thereโ€™s something about fall in the Triangle that makes me want to fill every weekend with something fun. ๐Ÿงก

If youโ€™re looking for ways to enjoy the season, here are a few things to add to your list:

๐ŸŽƒ Visit a pumpkin patch โ€” Make a day of it with pumpkins, hayrides, and fall photos.

๐ŸŽ Go apple picking โ€” A perfect excuse for a day trip to the North Carolina mountains.

๐Ÿˆ Catch a football game โ€” College football Saturdays just hit differently in North Carolina!

๐Ÿ’ Cheer on the Canes โ€” Hockey season is back, and a game at Lenovo Center is always a good time.

๐ŸŒณ Get outside โ€” Walk the trails at Falls Lake, explore local parks, or enjoy the cooler weather downtown.

โ˜• Support a local business โ€” Grab a seasonal coffee, try a new restaurant, or explore downtown Wake Forest or Raleigh.

๐Ÿ Find a fall festival โ€” There are so many ways to enjoy the season with local events, live music, and community activities.

One of my favorite things about living in the Triangle is that there's always something to do, whether you're looking for a family outing, a weekend adventure, or a fun night out.

Your turn: What's one fall activity in the Triangle that everyone needs to try? ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿก KEYS TO HOMEOWNERSHIP

๐Ÿ‚ 3 home maintenance items you shouldn't ignore this fall.

Fall is a great time to take care of a few things around the house before colder weather arrives. Here are three items I'd put on your list:

1๏ธโƒฃ Clean your gutters.
Falling leaves can clog gutters and downspouts, preventing water from draining properly and potentially causing damage around your roof and foundation.

2๏ธโƒฃ Have your HVAC system checked.
Before you start relying on your heat, replace your air filter and consider scheduling a seasonal service. It's much better to catch a problem now than on the first cold night!

3๏ธโƒฃ Check windows and exterior doors.
Look for worn weatherstripping, gaps, and damaged caulking. Sealing air leaks can help keep your home comfortable and prevent your heating system from working harder than necessary.

๐Ÿก A little preventative maintenance now can help you avoid bigger headaches later.

Homeownership isn't just about buying the houseโ€”it's about taking care of it, too!

Which of these is already on your fall to-do list?
