I am a life long resident of Pierce County. Following graduation from high school I enrolled at Clover Park VTI and studied Banking and Finance.

In 2005 I obtained my real estate license and have been enjoying a career in real estate ever since. I was the first broker to join Better Properties Summit and have since become the Owner/Designated Broker of Better Properties Summit. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. In the last five years I have had the opportunity to purchase and rehab a few of my own homes. I am is also a WSHFC Trained Home Buyer Education Instructor. 🏡❤️ This one is bittersweet…

Nothing makes me happier than calling my clients and saying, “We’ve recorded and we are officially CLOSED!” 🎉🔑

But this closing makes me a little sad at the same time. I am truly going to miss this wonderful family! ❤️

One of the greatest parts of real estate is the relationships that are built along the way. You start out as Real Estate Broker and clients, and somewhere during the journey, they become so much more.

I’m incredibly happy for them as they close this chapter and move on to their next home and next adventure, but I’m definitely going to miss having them close by!
