I had a chance to check out Castaways, the new waterfront restaurant at Fishermen’s Village in Punta Gorda, and I give it a 10/10! ⭐️

The menu choices, food, service, and waterfront location were all fantastic. The owners really did this one right!

If you live in Punta Gorda or you’re visiting our beautiful waterfront community, definitely add Castaways to your list. There’s nothing better than great food, drinks, and a Florida waterfront view! 🌅🍹⚓️

Every home has it's own story on the selling path of going on the market, under contract, and to closing day! Not all real estate sales go smooth and you reach bumps along the way. This home was one of those - it took 36 showings and almost always making it in the top 2 or 3 favorites for buyers on each showing. Two price improvements had to happen to adjust to market changes to find the buyer who said I love this home! I'm so happy for my sellers to move on to the next chapter of their lives. All in all we still went under contract for 95 percent of the original list price.
