I already know someone in is about to be personally offended by their neighborhood’s movie 👻 🎃

Some of these pairings were way too easy, and a few of them are absolutely going to start a fight in the group chat.

If you want more fun stuff to do around Rhode Island before fall is over, I’ve got you.

Comment FALL and I’ll send you my Rhode Island Fall Guide with seasonal favorites, local events, and things worth adding to your list.

It’s Halloween weekend in Rhode Island, and the plans go way past trick or treating.

Friday, Hocus Pocus on the big screen in Newport and a haunted trail in Tiverton. Saturday, a free Halloween extravaganza in Providence at noon and a drive-up light show in Warwick after dark. Sunday, a Victorian mourning tour in Lincoln, plus an extra hour of sleep because the clocks fall back.

Swipe through, pick your night, and send this to the person you’d take.

Living in Rhode Island comes with a few very specific local fears. 👻

The kind where a surprise lane closure on I-95 (or the Washington Bridge traffic acting up again) is enough to ruin your entire day.

Some of these are dramatic. Some are painfully real. All of them are complete nightmares if you’ve lived in Rhode Island long enough.

And if you’d rather focus on the fun stuff happening around town this season, I’ve got you covered there too. 😉

Comment FALL and I’ll send you my free 2026 Rhode Island Fall Guide with local events, seasonal favorites, and things worth adding to your calendar.

Buying your first home in Rhode Island doesn’t have to mean finding the house you’ll stay in forever.

Sometimes the smartest first move is the one that gives you a solid monthly payment, a location that works for your life right now, and enough of what matters most that you can actually see yourself living there.

Your first home can teach you what you care about, give you a chance to build equity over time, and put you in a stronger position for whatever you want next.

That’s why I’d rather help you figure out what really matters than watch you wait another year for a house that checks every single box.

If you’ve been talking yourself out of buying because nothing feels “perfect,” send me START. I’ll help you look at what getting started could realistically look like for you.

Halloween is one week away, which makes this weekend the warm-up.

Friday night, a witchy market in Providence and a vampire circus in Woonsocket. Saturday, a costume parade through Wickford Village. All weekend, camels and alpacas in Wakefield. Sunday, a Halloween walkabout in downtown Bristol. Swipe through, pick your day, and send this to the person you’d take.

A lot of real estate advice sounds smart because it’s been repeated for years. 🤭

That doesn’t always mean it still fits the market you’re in now.

“Wait until spring.” “Price it high and come down later.” “You need 20% down.” None of those ideas are automatically right or wrong on their own.

The problem is treating them like rules instead of looking at the actual situation in front of you. 👏

Timing depends on what else is on the market. Pricing depends on how buyers are responding right now. Financing depends on the loan options available to you and what actually makes sense for your budget.

That’s why I’d rather give someone context than a canned answer.

If you’ve been given real estate advice you’re not sure still applies in Rhode Island, send it my way. I’ll tell you how I’d think through it based on what the market is doing now.

Working in Rhode Island real estate gives me a front row seat to some of the best full circle moments. 🫶

The first time buyer who starts out convinced they’ll never feel ready, and getting their keys at the closing table.

The family who texts me photos a few weeks after closing because the boxes are finally gone, the pictures are on the walls, and the house already looks completely different from the day we walked through it.

The person who’s been following along from another state, learning the neighborhoods and saving all my local recommendations (hello, coastal towns + cozy New England main streets), who eventually reaches out and says, “Okay, you officially made me fall in love with this place. I think I’m ready to move.”

Those are the moments that remind me why I love what I do.

Because I get to see people before the decision feels real, walk alongside them while they figure it out, and sometimes get a little glimpse of the life they built after the paperwork is finished.

That part never gets old.

If buying, selling, or making a move to Rhode Island has been sitting in the back of your mind, my DMs are always open.
