I absolutely love fireplaces. 🔥 So cozy and inviting. 😍 I put my favorite one first. However, the second one is a close first! Which fireplace is your favorite? Do you have one in your home? If so, share a photo 📸 in the comments. 🏡❤️

These are all absolutely beautiful 🍁🍂 and it's hard to choose just one! But I would pick number one, Classic & Cozy. 🧡 My second choice would be number four, Cozy Country. 💛 I love the color of the front door. What is your favorite style? 🏡❤️

I went to visit my clients in Middle River yesterday. This is the home 🏠 that I helped them purchase last month. Renovations have started and it will be ready for market in a few months. 😍 But don't let the front view fool you because it's going to be five bedrooms/three bathrooms when it's completed. 🤩 They shared their vision with me and it completely blew my mind! I can't wait to see 👀 the end result!! 🏡❤️

Just a typical day in the life of a real estate agent. 🙃🥴

These are the words from a past client that went with another agent that was recommended to her husband. 😞 Never do I EVER want to wish any of my clients a bad real estate 🏠 experience!! But why would you choose anyone else?? 🤣 Seriously though, the greatest blessing and honor is when past clients refer me to their family and friends. 🏡❤️

Yesterday I had the opportunity to tour a gorgeous custom-built home 🏠 in Great Mills, MD. 😍 Here are just a few of my favorite features. 🤩 This three bedroom/four bath home is on 4.6 acres and it's a For Sale By Owner. If you would like to take a tour, give me a call 📞 and let's chat! 🏡❤️
