I love my sellers. I really do. 😂❤️

BUT there are a few things that make my Realtor brain short-circuit.

And here’s the thing… I’m not saying any of this to be difficult. I’m saying it because I want you to walk away from the closing table with the BEST possible outcome.

Sometimes that means having conversations that aren’t exactly what you want to hear.

Because my job isn’t to tell you your house is worth a million dollars and hope for the best.

My job is to help you make smart decisions that actually get your home SOLD. 🏡

It’s the little things that make a house feel like home. 🤍

The everyday routines, the memories made around the dinner table, the laughter filling the hallways, and all those moments you don’t realize you’ll miss one day.

That’s what I love most about real estate. It’s not just helping people find a house. It’s helping them find the place where their favorite memories will be made.

And I think that’s pretty special.

Baton Rouge has definitely spoiled me! 💜

Between crawfish season, LSU game days, and late-night Coffee Call runs, there are just some things I don’t think I could give up! 😂

It’s funny how the little things become such a normal part of life here until you realize not everyone has them right down the road.
