One of my favorite things to transform in a house are old wood floors! 😍 This amazing transformation was done by the one and only Michelle at Creative Hardwood Floors 🌟 Refinishing the floors brought so much life back to this kitchen.
Next up: backsplash, cabinet hardware… maybe paint cabinets 🤔🤔

There’s a version of real estate where the goal is simply to get the deal done. But that’s never been the version I’m interested in.

Sometimes protecting a client means saying the thing that slows everything down. It means pointing out the problem in the house they already love, pushing back on a price that doesn’t make sense, or being the person who says, “I don’t think this is the right move,” when everyone else is ready to keep going.

My job isn’t to protect the transaction. It’s to protect the person making it.

And sometimes the most valuable thing I can do as your real estate agent is make sure you don’t look back six months later and wish someone had been more honest with you.
