Yesterday I attended a training focused on private wells, water testing, filtration and health concerns, with particular attention to PFAS, which is a growing concern for home owners.

Helping first time home buyers is always special! There’s a lot to learn and a lot of decisions to make along the way, and I really enjoyed helping Sam and her husband, Tyler, navigate it all.

From showings and questions, to putting together the right offer, we worked through the process together and ultimately found them a wonderful first home!

One of my favorite parts of Sam’s review is that she said we managed to have some fun along the way. Buying your first home is a big deal...but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the journey! 😊

This one is obviously a little extra special...Jackson is my son. ❤️

He and his wife Darcy were looking for a home while also getting ready to welcome our first grandchild, so we had a bit of a timeline to work with! We found a wonderful home that was just right for them, and getting to be part of that journey as both their Realtor and Dad was pretty special.

Jackson and Darcy amaze me with how thoughtful and determined they are in everything they do. I’m incredibly proud of them both and feel pretty lucky that I got to play a small part in this chapter of their lives.

There may be a little biased on this one...but I’ll gladly take the 5 stars! 😂

Jan’s story is one I’ll always remember. She was referred to me by a past client who felt I might be the right fit for her situation, and I’m so grateful she trusted me to help.

After trying to make a move for several years, there were some challenges that made the timing and process a little more complicated. Rather than letting those stand in the way, we mapped out a plan together...from getting her home organized and ready to sell, to finding the right place for her next chapter.

It took some patience, perseverance and a little extra hands-on help along the way, but we made it happen within the timeframe she was hoping for!

I really wanted this one to work out for Jan, which made seeing everything finally come together that much more rewarding. Thank you, Jan, for trusting me and for such kind words! ❤️

Hard to believe it’s been 25 years... I thought this was an amazing way to mark the anniversary of September 11th and wanted to share for anyone who hasn’t seen it.

Two beams of light are shining from the summit of Mount Washington this week as part of The Honor Summit, honoring those we lost, the first responders who answered the call and those who have served since.

A powerful tribute and a reminder of the courage, compassion and unity that followed. 🇺🇸

Inspection reports can be intimidating, especially when they are 60, 80 or even 100+ pages long!

Inspectors look at all aspects of a home, from foundation to roof and everything in between...so even a well maintained home can have a long report. The key is knowing the difference between normal maintenance and items that could be costly or affect the safety or function of the home.

…a loose doorknob and a failing septic system may both be in the report, but they certainly don't carry the same weight!

**The goal isn't a perfect inspection report. It's knowing what you're buying. 🏠**

From there, focus on what matters, get more information or estimates when needed and decide what, if anything, needs to be addressed.

Doctors, lawyers and Geoff Crain… never thought I’d see my name on that list!

This one really means a lot to me! Tyler and his wife Colleen’s home search took a bit longer than expected and had some twists and turns, but we stuck with it and found a truly wonderful home that checked their boxes!
