October 2026 | Portland Market Update!
Looking at the first nine months of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025, new listings and pending sales have remained relatively flat, while closed sales increased 2.3% across the Portland Metro area. Overall, we’re seeing a year of modest growth and a market that continues to find its footing.
As we head into election season, it’s fair to expect some buyers and sellers to take a wait-and-see approach. Interest rates remaining over 7% may also add another layer of hesitation.
