Cancel the weekend getaway. I’d rather stay here. 🌲

This West Linn beauty is giving boutique mountain lodge meets Pacific Northwest dream home. Think warm wood ceilings, a kitchen made for entertaining, cozy fireplaces, and covered decks that practically demand a glass of w**e and nowhere else to be.

And yes, there’s even an outdoor fireplace and a heated foot spa overlooking the trees. 🍷

4 beds | 3 baths | 4,085 sq. ft. | $1,725,000

$10,000. Your call. ✨

1796 Bonniebrae Dr is now offering a $10,000 seller credit — and there are a couple of smart ways a buyer could put it to work.

→ Use it toward an interest-rate buydown to help lower your monthly payment
→ Put it toward cosmetic updates and make the home feel more like yours from day one

I love a concession that gives buyers options — because what matters most to one buyer isn’t necessarily what matters most to another.

Want to see the house or talk through what that $10K could mean for you?

Message me & we’ll chat.

Credit and rate buydown subject to buyer’s lender approval and loan program requirements.

New in West Linn — This is the love of my life 🤩

Beautiful house? Yes. And can we talk about the grounds? 1.65 acres with a sport court, putting green, covered outdoor living, firepit, gardens… I guess there’s something we all can agree on.

Inside, you’ve got a gorgeous kitchen, dramatic great room, main-level primary suite, game + theater room and plenty of space to spread out.

And then there’s the separate guest house — complete living quarters upstairs, plus a gym, full bath and 2-car garage below. Yeah… I think I found mine.

I see a lot of houses. This one caught my attention.

JUST SOLD ✨

Not every successful sale happens in the first weekend.

This one took a little more patience—and a lot of attention along the way. We stayed focused on presentation, positioning, marketing and buyer feedback, making thoughtful adjustments without losing sight of the value of the home.

And in the end? Sold at full price.

So happy to see this one officially closed, and grateful to Jim & Nancy for trusting me with their home.

If you’re thinking about selling, whether it’s this fall or sometime next year, I’d love to be a resource. The right strategy matters from the day we start preparing your home until the day the keys change hands.
