Burgers on the grill, sunshine on the lawn, and happy company all around. ♥️ This was a beautiful late September day for a barbecue at the historic Motherhouse! Residents and staff enjoyed delicious food, fun conversation and time together. It was a lovely way to enjoy the last days of summer and celebrate the people who make this community so special. Jackie’s jig was definitely a highlight!

Thank you to our amazing DC team and residents for making the day so nice!

We’re proud to be part of the team bringing Riverlands to life, a new 25-unit community that will provide permanent homes and on-site services for people experiencing chronic homelessness.

Riverlands is the first project of Home for Good, a new state initiative working to expand permanent supportive housing across Maine.

We’re grateful to the many partners, organizations and individuals who came together to make this project possible. We look forward to seeing Riverlands take shape and, ultimately, welcoming its future residents home. ♥️
