Realtor by day, Contractor when I have time! 👷‍♀️

A snippet of the exterior renovation work we’ve been tackling all summer at my rental building! I was raised with a “You can do anything” attitude and that leads me down lots of interesting paths. Do I have time for this as a busy Realtor? No. But I have a vision and it’s going to come to fruition ✨

Huge props to Chris Faulhaber for helping me do all the things I can’t or won’t do 😆 His unwavering work ethic and skillset is A+. We are nearing completion and before/afters are coming soon!

☀️Just Sold! 169 Upper Dedham Rd, Holden 🎉
The sellers of this beautiful home did all the right preparation to list - new paint where it was tired, replaced old carpet, decluttered like crazy, fixed the little stuff they learned to live with (ice marker not working, replaced one pane of glass on a cracked window, etc). Going the extra mile pays off - first impressions DO matter! ⭐️👀
