Of all the opportunities I have had to help clients move forward, this was my favorite transaction of the year, hands down. My Seller client had put things on hold due to health issues. While on hold, I reached out to homeowners as I do regularly for my clients, and I received an inquiry for an antique colonial. I sent them the details and they fell in love with this 1781, 2000 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath colonial in Alfred. They already had a great realtor, Jason Miller from King & Miller, so from that point they handed the conversation over to him, and we worked together to make both buyer and seller happy.
