Real Estate Racheal I Love Helping Others Achieve Their Real Estate Dreams!!!🏡 I have found my calling! Even if they never buy/sell again!

I am so excited about a life-time career in real estate and the opportunities it can create for my family and others. I have worked in sales/customer service for over 16 years and am so excited to have a career that allows me to help people achieve their real estate dreams. Between my positive attitude, passion to help others and the countless resources that RE/MAX Gold offers, you can expect the best possible service from me as your realtor. I go the extra mile by helping you from start to beyond "finished". I am in constant communication with lenders, inspectors, the title/escrow company and the other agent to make the transaction as smooth as possible!!! For buyers, I can help you begin the whole process by recommending awesome, straight-forward lenders to help you get approved for a loan. I keep in constant contact with your lender to ensure everything is done in a very timely manner. For sellers, I would be happy to let you know what your house is worth by preparing a comparative market analysis for free. I will help you list your home at current market value to ensure a quick close and the most money in your pocket! After a transaction closes, I tell my clients that I’m available to them until I retire! If you, or someone you know, is looking to buy or sell, please contact me! I have the capability of helping in other states or countries by finding a reliable realtor through a huge referral network through RE/MAX. My family and I appreciate any and all referrals as they are the lifeline of my business!

🎉As we begin escrow, I’m creating the transaction file, reviewing disclosures, scheduling inspections, communicating with the lender, coordinating with escrow and the listing agent, tracking important contract deadlines, reviewing inspection reports, negotiating repairs or credits, answering questions, addressing issues as they come up, and making sure we stay on track for closing.

🔑Getting an offer accepted is exciting, but there’s a lot that happens between “Offer Accepted” and “Here Are Your Keys!”

🏡My job is to manage the details, anticipate potential problems, keep everyone communicating, and guide my clients through each step so they can focus on the exciting part… buying their new home!
