🚨JUST SOLD!🚨

Talk about a perfect home & property! I was so honored when presented the opportunity to sell this one. After being on market previously with another agent & not much activity- there is definitely an added pressure.😰

My great friend & fellow amazing agent and I were up for the challenge! With some flexible & trusting sellers & a plan- IT WAS GO TIME. We had tons of activity.. I mean, look at the place 😍… and we were able to present a full price offer within the first 30 days.💪🏻

A WIN FOR ALL.💛

Need to buy or sell? I can help with that.😉

🚨JUST SOLD!🚨

This absolute SHOW STOPPER😍 in one of the most sought after neighborhoods of Sacramento is so special, and the family who are the proud new owners are even more special, to me!🤍

They saw it, knew it had to be theirs, text me- and the rest is really history. I can’t wait to see the memories made here for years to come. Now, i think they need some Christmas lights!🏡🥂

🚨JUST SOLD!🚨

I think they’ll have just enough time to preheat the oven for the turkey tomorrow!🦃

This quick escrow- 16 days from acceptance to close- was only possible because of the team around me. A lot of people don’t realize that the dance that is real estate, involves many moving parts.💃🏻

Thankful today & always for my partner in loan- and the hard work he puts in for every deal.

I also quite literally could not do ANY of this without my TC who makes my world go round.
LUCKY ME… and my clients.😉🫶🏻

🚨JUST SOLD!🚨

Every sale has the sweetest story & this was no exception. This was a story of next chapters, moving closer to family to enjoy retirement, and being patient enough to wait for THE ✨dream✨ home.

I am so thankful for connections in my life that stand the test of time and for sweet, sweet humans that place trust in me and let me be part of their story.🏡

🚨JUST SOLD!🚨

The sweetest first time homebuyers on the steps of their new home! They worked so hard for this- saved up, made all the right moves, stayed patient and open minded…

And it paid off! I couldn’t be more happy for them.🙌🏻

SHOUTOUT to my partner in crime- he had a whole BABY in the midst of this transaction & we still closed ON TIME, in 17 days. WHO YOU WORK WITH MATTERS!🥳
