You can also cut your own hair. 💀✂️

But just because you CAN do something yourself doesn’t always mean you SHOULD. 😂

There’s a lot that goes into buying a house beyond finding one you like and signing some papers. Having someone in your corner to help navigate the process, the paperwork, the negotiations, and all the little things you might not even know to ask about can make a BIG difference.

There’s just something about this time of year that makes home feel a little cozier.

It's having a Saturday with nowhere to be.
Grab a coffee. ☕
Find a farm stand. 🎃
Take the scenic route. 🍁
Stop somewhere you've never been.
Maybe get a little scared along the way. 👻

There are so many little ways to enjoy Western PA this time of year.
And that's what I love about living here. 🤎

Imagine:
🎃 Find the house in October
🍂 Move in before Thanksgiving
🦃 Host Thanksgiving in your new kitchen
🎄 Put the Christmas tree up in your new living room

And depending on your closing date and loan, your first mortgage payment may not be due until December. 👀

Maybe “after the holidays” doesn't have to be the plan. ✨️
