🏡 More homes for sale, but what’s really behind it?

Homes are sitting on the market a little longer, giving buyers more options and potentially more negotiating power.

For sellers, this means pricing your home right and having a strong marketing plan are more important than ever!

Whether you’re buying or selling in Pittsburgh or the South Hills, understanding today’s market can make a big difference.

👇 Check out my latest blog to see what’s happening in the housing market and what it could mean for you!

🏡 More homes on the market means more options for buyers!

Housing inventory nationwide is at its highest level since 2019! With affordability still a challenge, having more homes to choose from is definitely good news for buyers.

Thinking about buying in Pittsburgh or the South Hills? You might be surprised at what’s available in your price range!

❤️ Pittsburgh friends, we need your help! 🧣❄️

Lindsay and I are teaming up to help spread a little warmth throughout our Pittsburgh community this winter!

We're collecting winter clothing and essentials for local families and shelters in need, and we've set a goal to collect at least 50 items!
But you know we'd love to blow that number out of the water! ❤️

🧤 What we're collecting:
New or gently used coats, hats, gloves, scarves, socks and toiletries.

📍 Drop-off locations:
Our Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offices in Mt. Lebanon and Upper St. Clair.

📅 Donations accepted through November 19th!

Can't make it to one of our offices? Just send Lindsay or me a message and we'll be happy to coordinate!

We have such an amazing community here in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, and I know we can make a difference together!

Who's going to help us reach our goal? ❤️

🏡 Not all real estate agents market homes the same way!

I recently went on a listing appointment where the seller was interviewing multiple agents, and a few things surprised me!

But one thing that didn’t surprise me was the difference in marketing plans.

Professional photos and putting your home on the MLS are important, but that’s just the beginning!

🎥 Professional video marketing
📱 Targeted digital advertising & retargeting
📬 Print marketing
🏡 A customized marketing strategy to get your home in front of MORE potential buyers!

There is so much more that goes into successfully marketing a home than simply putting a sign in the yard and listing it on the MLS.

If you’re thinking about selling, interview your agents and ASK about their marketing plan! Not all agents offer the same services, and those differences matter!

I’d love the opportunity to show you what I do differently! 🤎
