Being a realtor gave me the freedom to be by my dad’s side when he was in the hospital, and I’ll be grateful for that time for the rest of my life. Losing him at the beginning of this year has been the hardest thing I’ve ever faced. Receiving this award from my mom on Mother’s Day, I felt his absence and his pride all at once.
