One of two side-by-side properties we’re currently taking through a full rehab from top to bottom.

This one is getting the full treatment, new mechanicals, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, finishes, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and more.

Projects like this never look glamorous in the middle, but this is where the real transformation happens. Every wall opened up, every problem uncovered and every detail rebuilt the right way.

Two properties. Two complete transformations. Stay tuned for the finished product. 🏚️➡️🏠

Being a business owner means constantly being pulled in every direction. Everyone has their own priorities, and they’re often only focused on what they need from you in that moment. To stay sane and productive, you have to prioritize—or you risk losing both your mind and a lot of valuable time. Many of the things pulling at you can often wait or be handled by an assistant or team member.

On top of business demands, you have personal responsibilities pulling at you too. That’s why it’s absolutely essential to: 1) time block, 2) prioritize, and 3) delegate. Not everyone will agree with or like that you didn’t respond immediately or that it took some time to get back to them. But remember: your phone is for your convenience, not theirs.

Advancing Financial Literacy in Our Communities!

Today, we reached out to local school principals and superintendents to introduce a survey aimed at students. This is an important step toward establishing financial literacy centers in our community, providing essential knowledge and resources to those who need it most.

We are seeking support to get these surveys into the hands of students, parents, and educators who believe in the value of financial education and would benefit from the creation of these centers. If you know anyone connected to school boards, local leadership, or community organizations that can help us spread the word and gather valuable feedback, we’d love to connect.

Your help is critical in making this initiative a reality and empowering future generations with the financial tools they need to succeed!

🚨 Calling All South Hills Residents! 🚨

We need YOUR help to make a real difference in our community! We're excited to launch a series of surveys that will help us build the best financial literacy center for the South Hills, but we can't do it without YOU.

We’re looking for:

100 local business owners to share their insights.
150 South Hills residents to tell us more about financial education needs.
50 local leaders to offer their perspective on how we can better serve the community.
40 financial professionals to weigh in with their expertise.
Your feedback will help shape programs that improve financial education and create lasting change in our neighborhoods. Rest assured, none of your personal information will be shared, and all responses will be used solely to create the best systems for our community.

👉 Please like, share, and fill out the surveys on my profile. And if you know any local leaders or financial professionals, please share this post with them or have them reach out to us at [email protected].

Together, we can build a brighter financial future for South Hills!

I’m blessed for every down fall and every obstacle I’ve ever faced, it has molded me into who I am today.

You can’t control the uncontrollable but you can choose how you handle it.

Turning 30 today feels like a moment of reflection and new beginnings. By 25, my goal was to have a child—now I’m blessed with 3. By 30, my goal was to be a millionaire, and despite market challenges and business ups and downs, I made that happen this year.

Now, my goals go beyond finances. I’m focused on better mental and physical health, becoming a better father, leader, and role model. We don’t choose where we start, but we do decide where we finish. A mentor once told me, 'Why wait to be a billionaire to make an impact? Start now!' So, I’m starting now, working to build financial literacy centers across the U.S.

You don’t have to wait until it’s perfect. The right time is now. Just start!

We spent the first 3 quarters of the year buying up over $5M worth of Real estate, this last quarter we’re still buying as we have 3 scheduled to close in October.

However, the main focus is 1 closing out deals that we have already, 2 selling the deals that we have on the market, 3 evaluating this years performance & what we can do better on an operating stand point as we grow & 4 re evaluating our investment strategy, strategizing & putting in place a game plan to attack 2025!

What are some things you’re doing to end the year & to prepare for a New one?
