What does spray paint have to do with a custom home build?

It could save time, money and a bunch of headaches.

Sometimes the simple meticulous things on the front end of a job have a lot of payoff!

This is the difference in choosing contractors!

Quality over quantity .
When your lead carpenter sends pictures like this because quality craftsmanship matters more then anything!
Still have to putty nails but tight miters are everything.!

You get what you pay for! So it’s simple choose the best

You won’t see these words when this house is finished, but they’ll be there forever.

Before we closed up the walls, this family came out and wrote scripture throughout the studs of their new home.

We love seeing families put their faith into the foundation of their home.

We’re proud to build homes, but we’re even more thankful when we get to be part of something like this.

Some business relationships go way past business.

I’ve known Mr. Charlie since I was 16 years old. Over the years, that’s meant everything from catching pigeons in his barn and helping herd cattle to eventually doing business together.

And if you know Mr. Charlie, you know what kind of guy he is.

He works hard, takes care of people, stands behind what he sells, and runs his business the right way. If there’s ever an issue, he’s on it. No runaround. No waiting around. Just good service and doing what he said he’d do.

That’s a big reason I’ve trusted Charlie’s for so many years.

They keep a great selection, they’re locally owned, and we can get just about everything we need without having to leave the area.

But what really says a lot about Mr. Charlie is what happens outside the store.

He’s the kind of guy who gives back, supports local families, teams, and organizations, and invests in the same community that supports his business.

That’s what shopping local is all about.

You’re not just buying flooring, tile, or finishes. You’re supporting people who turn around and support the same community we all live and work in.

I’m proud to call Mr. Charlie a vendor, but even more proud to call him a friend.

Another custom home built to stand out!

From the finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms to the outdoor kitchen and knotty pine ceilings on the front porch, this home is packed with details that make it feel special.

A few of our favorite features:

• Custom finishes throughout the kitchen and bathrooms
• Outdoor kitchen for entertaining
• Knotty pine ceilings on the front porch
• Massive custom primary closet with direct access to the laundry room
• Large butler’s pantry with plenty of storage

Every space was designed with both function and the little details in mind.

Take a look through the album and check out this one for yourself.

If you’ve ever messaged us asking, “How much do you charge per square foot?” this is a pretty good example of why that question isn’t always so easy to answer.

Two houses can be the exact same size and have two completely different price tags.

Something as simple as the tile you choose can make a BIG difference in the final cost.

That’s why we like to sit down with you first, hear what you’re wanting, talk through your vision, and figure out what matters most to you.

Because we’re not just pricing square footage. We’re pricing YOUR home and the way you want it built. 🏠

Give us a call and let’s talk about what you’re wanting to build.

Meet Caden 👋

Caden’s our office manager, which pretty much means he keeps the stuff behind the scenes from turning into a mess.

Payroll, permits, insurance, audits, money coming in, money going out..if it’s on the business side, he’s probably got a hand in it.

He’s also not scared to get out from behind the desk. If the crew is tied up and something needs to be picked up, dropped off, or handled, he’ll jump in and make it happen.

On top of all that, Caden is also a licensed Realtor here in Mississippi. 🏠

He’s only been with us since January, but he’s learned a lot fast and has already become a big part of keeping things running around here.

You’ll probably start seeing Caden pop up on our social media from time to time too, so now you can put a name with the face.

There is one thing we’ve learned, though…
He absolutely will NOT clean the office. 😂

But other than that, he seems like an alright guy.
