On November 7, Esplanade and Chiwas Hospitality Group unite for OOMO, an extraordinary Community Table experience where open-fire cooking meets a shared mission to help provide 400,000+ meals for Arizona families.

Gather beneath the open sky at The Plaza at Esplanade for an intimate, multi-course dinner from James Beard Award nominees Chef Roberto Centeno, Chef Armando Hernandez, and Chef Nadia Holguin.

Expect handcrafted cocktails thoughtfully paired with each course, handmade tortillas, floral installations, and live entertainment. For one night only, these chefs will bring food, fire, and community to one shared table.

Meet the talent behind the evening. Roberto is a partner in Espiritu Mesa and Main Burger. Armando and Nadia of Chiwas Hospitality Group are behind Tacos Chiwas, Espiritu Mesa, Cocina Chiwas, Aruma Cafe, Tortillas Chiwas, and Main Burger.

The Esplanade is producing OOMO in partnership with Chiwas Hospitality Group to support St. Mary's Food Bank and its work fighting hunger across Arizona. The food bank can turn every $1 donated into five meals. Together, chefs, guests, sponsors, and the wider community will work toward the 400,000+ meal goal.

For one night only, Chef Roberto Centeno, Food Network Chopped Champion and James Beard Award nominee, joins Chef Armando Hernandez and Chef Nadia Holguin, also James Beard Award-nominated chefs, for an intimate, multi-course dinner centered around open-fire cooking.

Each course comes with a thoughtfully paired, handcrafted cocktail. Handmade tortillas, floral installations, and live entertainment complete the experience beneath the open sky at the Esplanade Plaza.
