At any given moment, Nicole’s truck is 10% vehicle and 90% mobile design studio.

It’s an occupational hazard when you obsess over every final detail of a home.

It’s no secret Hidden Pantries have become one of the most highly requested features in new and upgraded homes.

Seamless design and storage out of sight.

Yet accessible enough to reach for every day essentials.

Would you want a hidden pantry built in your dream kitchen?

This isn’t just a doodle.

It’s multi-million dollar precision.

If you walk through our any of our sites, you’ll find Kevin’s hand-drawn diagrams scrawled directly on the drywall and framing.

Why? Because when you’re executing high-end custom details, there is no room for “close enough.”

By sketching full-scale layouts right where the work is happening, Kevin makes sure every sub-contractor, electrician, and carpenter is literally on the same page before a single tool is lifted.

Zero miscommunication.
Zero guesswork.
Just relentless precision from the top down.

More progress updates from coming soon.
