I’m incredibly grateful to be recognized as one of the Top 10 Producers for the West USA Realty Ahwatukee Office for August! Making the Top 10 means so much to me, especially during a season of life that has reminded me just how precious every moment truly is.

This one feels a little different, though. This one is for my Dad 🤍

My dad always believed in me. He knew how much I loved real estate, how much my business meant to me, and he always believed I had what it took to be a strong, successful business owner, even during the times I questioned myself. I wish more than anything I could call him and tell him about this one. I know exactly how proud he would be.

So Dad, I’m going to keep going, just like I promised you. I’m going to keep building the business you believed I could build, keep working hard, keep taking care of my clients, and keep making you proud.

🏡✨ DOUBLE CLOSING DAY! ✨🏡

Some days in real estate are about so much more than buying and selling a house… they’re about helping families begin a new chapter ❤️🏡

Today was one of those days.

My clients handed over the keys to the home where so many memories were made and, just hours later, received the keys to the place they’ll create countless new ones.

Selling one home while buying another takes trust, planning, patience, and a lot of coordination behind the scenes. Watching it all come together and seeing the smiles on closing day is exactly why I love what I do.

🏡 CLOSED! 🎉

Today marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.

This wasn’t your typical real estate transaction, it was a short sale, which meant months of coordination, communication, negotiations, and working through a process that can often feel overwhelming for everyone involved. But today, it all paid off.

Congratulations to my sellers as they move forward into their next chapter, and congratulations to the buyers on becoming homeowners! It was an honor to help guide both sides to a successful closing.
