🏡 The appraisal came in $25,000 BELOW the purchase price…😰

That’s the kind of situation that can put an entire transaction at risk.

Instead of simply accepting the result, I reviewed the appraisal, communicated with the lender, and helped provide credible market data, comparable sales, and factual support for a Reconsideration of Value (ROV).

The lender processed the ROV through the appropriate channels and…

✅ The appraisal was reconsidered at the FULL purchase price — a $25,000 increase.

An ROV is never guaranteed, but this is a great example of why who you work with matters.
