Hi everyone!!! Come on up to Prescott this weekend! What's not mentioned in the flyer is the ABC Jamboree at the rodeo grounds where there will be several old VW buses to view, and 35 vendors. There's also an Octoberfest at Founding Father's on Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm featuring 3 bands. If you're thinking about moving to a cooler climate or buying a second home, this might be a great time to buy here in the Prescott area. Properties are coming down in price and there are several homes or condos to choose from. Please feel free to call me any time.
