The longer you work in real estate, the more you learn to notice.
When we’re representing a seller, we’re walking through the home with a buyer’s eyes, looking for what might create hesitation, what deserves more attention, and what we can address before the first showing ever happens.
When we’re representing a buyer, we’re looking through a different lens. We’re helping them see past the paint color or furniture and notice the things that actually matter: the lot, layout, quality of the updates, potential, and details that may not be obvious at first glance.
Sometimes our job is to point something out, while other times it’s to help you look past it.
Either way, opening the door is the easy part. Knowing what to look for is where experience matters.
