We recently broke ground at Belfield Lofts, 5115 Belfield Ave, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to kick off a new chapter for the historic Bellevue Worsted Mills in East Germantown!

These two heavy-timber mill buildings have been part of Germantown since 1876, and now we’re bringing them back to life! We’re restoring their stone and stucco exteriors and preserving their one-of-a-kind character while creating 77 affordable, modern apartment homes. Residents will enjoy a lounge, fitness center, outdoor courtyard, and on-site management, all right across from SEPTA’s Wister Station and just a block from Wister Woods Park.

We’re so excited to bring affordable apartments to the East Germantown community and to turn this landmark into a place people will be proud to call home!

Happy 5-Year Anniversary, Anthony Nowicki! Five amazing years at Odin Properties, and our team is better every day because of him! 🎉

As our Revenue Manager, Anthony brings smart strategy, steady dedication & leadership, and great energy to everything he does. We're lucky to have him!

Outside the office, Anthony is a true Philly fan! You’ll find him cheering on Philadelphia teams, logging miles on a run, competing in recreational sports leagues, and discovering the city’s best new restaurants and breweries. He also loves traveling to new cities, spending time with family and friends, and cruising in his Jeep with the top down on a sunny summer day.

For nearly 17 years, Odin Properties has rescued Philadelphia buildings others gave up on. We fix what’s broken and turn them into high-quality, affordable homes people are proud to live in.

Overbrook Lofts is proof. Once vacant and fire-damaged, it’s now home to residents who get new-construction quality at an affordable price.

And our work doesn’t stop there. Through volunteering, mentoring, and supporting local nonprofits, we’re building stronger communities, not just better housing.

Back home, she puts her creative eye to work with interior decorating—but no matter where she is, she's all about laughter, good company, and making unforgettable memories.

Big news in Atlantic City! We've broken ground on Atlantic Lofts, our $22.5M transformation of Atlantic City's historic Schwehm Building into 56 modern loft apartments and new retail space.

For years, this 1920s Renaissance Revival landmark at 1 S. New York Avenue sat vacant. We didn't just see an empty building, we saw a vital piece of Atlantic City's architectural history deserving of new investment.

Coming to the Orange Loop: 56 loft-style apartments, ground-floor retail, a fitness center, bike storage, and more. Groundbreaking ceremony this September!
