One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is helping our clients navigate some of life’s biggest transitions. For Gresham and his wife, that meant preparing to leave the Center City home they had called theirs for more than 30 years and beginning a new chapter in a continuing care retirement community.

From coordinating updates and clearing belongings to arranging staging, handling the removal of a stair chair, and getting their home market-ready, we know that selling a home after decades of memories involves so much more than putting a sign in the yard. It was definitely bittersweet saying goodbye to our neighbors, but we were so grateful to help them find a home that checked all of their boxes in a new school district.
