🏀 Philly’s making a comeback, and we’re not just talking about the Sixers.

Philadelphia real estate is showing some serious resilience. While the overall market is cooling, Philly home prices are growing faster than the suburbs, and buyers are finding more attainable options right here in the city.

More inventory, walkability, culture, and relative affordability are giving Philly a real edge. 🏡

So is Philly booming? No. Crashing? Not that either.
It’s finding its balance, and that’s a story worth watching.
What do you think? Is Philly making a comeback? 👇

🤝 "Concessions are becoming the new normal."

Buyers are seeing more opportunities to negotiate, while sellers and builders are offering incentives like closing cost help, repairs, and upgrades to get deals across the finish line.

The market is shifting, and knowing how to negotiate matters more than ever. 🏡

Are you buying or selling this year? Let's talk.

House hunting has looked a lot different over the past few years, but things are starting to shift in buyers' favor. 🏡

With more homes hitting the market and asking prices becoming more competitive, buyers have more choices and more room to negotiate. If you've been waiting for the right opportunity, this could be the sign you've been looking for.

Last week, Pia and I had the opportunity to attend a vintage cake decorating class at Longwood Gardens, hosted by New June Bakery . It was SO MUCH FUN!!! 10/10 recommend.

A reminder that you don't have to leave the city to have a great night out 🦁✨

Good friends, amazing animals, a hilarious caricature, and Dippin' Dots for the first time in years. Sometimes the best adventures are right in your own backyard.

So happy for Logan & Ashley 🏡

Helping buyers learn from past experiences and finally win is one of the best parts of this job. Homeownership looks good on you two 👏

Our buyers, Logan & Ashley, tried unsuccessfully with two other agents over the last few years to find and purchase their first home. Their list of needs wasn't crazy, even though their search area was a little smaller than some buyers. They missed out in the past for things I knew we could easily overcome. So, with a winning strategy and the right listing, all the stars aligned. A smooth transaction and a homeownership dream come true.

Congrats! Adam Funck!

Congrats to on this awesome client review!

Robert's home was sold in under a month after being ghosted by two other agents. Sometimes the third try is the charm. 💪
