The market continues to tell two different stories.

Mortgage rates have moved higher, which makes it even more important to crunch the numbers and think long-term. In Philadelphia, inventory is up, giving buyers more choices and potentially more negotiating room. Meanwhile, North Jersey remains competitive, with strong demand, rising prices, and many homes still selling above asking.
