🗳️ A little planning makes room for your voice 💕

Today — Tuesday, November 3 — is Election Day here in Missouri. Polls are open 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and if you're in line at 7:00 PM, you can still vote. (Your vote counts even if your coffee hasn't kicked in yet. 😅)

Before you head out, check the official Missouri Secretary of State page to confirm your polling place, peek at your sample ballot, and review ID options:
https://www.sos.mo.gov/elections/goVoteMissouri/electionday

No sales pitch today, besties — just a neighborly nudge. I love the communities we call home, and I appreciate everybody who makes time to show up… and the election workers helping the day run smoothly. ❤️

Save this or send it to someone who could use the official link 👇 Here's to showing up for our communities!

Sunday Funday pop-bys!! 🎃 I spent the afternoon out visiting some of my "VIP besties" with a little Halloween treat — how cute are these?! Drink up, Witches! 🧙‍♀️🖤

My clients turn into friends and my friends turn into family… y’all are stuck with me forever lol! So thankful for every single one of you!! 💕

📸 SHOW US YOUR COSTUMES! 📸

Halloween may be over, but the costume contest in my comments is officially OPEN. 🎃

Drop a photo below of your costume, your kids' costumes, your fur babies' costumes (do not skip the fur babies 😂), or the favorite one you saw last night!

I'll be right here in the comments with my candy, rating absolutely nothing because you're all winners and I am emotionally unprepared to choose. 🏆

Seriously though — seeing this community show up for Halloween is one of my favorite things about living here. Best neighborhood tradition there is. 🧡

Go on. The comments are waiting. 👇📸

🎃 HAPPY HALLOWEEN! 🎃

Wishing you a night full of treats, good times, and safe fun, Jefferson County and St. Louis! 🧡

However you're celebrating tonight — handing out candy from the porch, walking the neighborhood with your favorite little monsters, or running the very serious candy quality-control program from your couch (it me 😂) — I hope it's the best one yet.

Quick realtor-mom PSA before the doorbell marathon starts: keep the porch path clear and the walkway lit. Even goblins need to see the steps. 👻

Settle this for me in the comments: what's the #1 candy in the bowl — chocolate, fruity, or the full-size bars that make a house a neighborhood LEGEND? 🍫👇

⏰ DON'T FORGET TO FALL BACK! ⏰

Daylight saving time ends THIS Sunday, besties — clocks go back one hour early Sunday morning, and we all get an extra hour of sleep. An extra hour! In THIS economy! 😂

Your phone will handle it all by itself. Your oven clock, however, will be wrong until spring unless someone shows it mercy this weekend. (It's me. I'm someone. Be the mercy.) ☕

And since it's officially cozy season, future-you would love present-you for one tiny add-on: swap the smoke detector batteries while you're clock-hunting. Fifteen minutes now, no 2 AM chirp wake-up call in December. Ask me how I know. 😅

Tell me: which clock in your house stays wrong the longest? 👇

☕ LET'S CONNECT ☕

Real conversations lead to BIG things around here — most of my favorite clients started as a "hey, you should call Jeanetta" from someone like you. 💕

So let's play a quick round of Do You Know Someone Who…
✅ Is thinking about buying or selling?
✅ Has questions about the local market?
✅ Is ready for a change but doesn't know where to start?
✅ Just wants to talk through their options?

Send them my way, bestie. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a real conversation about what's possible, with coffee-level honesty. ☕

And if that "someone" is secretly YOU? My DMs are open. 😂👇

Be honest: is your kitchen island a meal-prep station… or your home's unofficial mail department? 😂

Keys. School papers. A coffee cup. Three things that were "just going there for a second."

When we talk about your next home, I wanna hear about REAL life — a drop zone by the door, a junk drawer that works, a backpack spot. That stuff matters more than a room you never use.

Pretty is lovely. A home that works for your daily chaos? That's the goal 💕

What's living on YOUR counter right now? No cleaning first 👇

Stop comparing mortgage quotes by the interest rate alone 👀

Make lenders walk you through the Loan Estimate — it's literally built for apples-to-apples comparisons. Slow down on three things:

💰 The REAL monthly payment (plus taxes, insurance, assessments)
💰 Origination charges and closing costs
💰 Points and lender credits — how they change your rate AND your cash upfront

My job? Making sure you ask the good questions. You deserve to understand what you're signing.

Message me COMPARE and I'll send the CFPB's Loan Estimate explainer 📌

Fall in St. Louis just hits different 🍂🎃

Kevin and I kicked off the season at Halloween Nights at Grant's Farm last weekend — our favorite, so it goes first 👇

🦁 Boo at the Zoo — select nights, 5–8:30 PM
🍎 Eckert's Belleville — apple picking + all the fall treats
🎃 Stuckmeyer's Fenton — pumpkins, hayrides + farm fun
🌽 Great Pumpkin Patch in Kirkwood
🚗 Trunk-or-treat at Honda of Frontenac — Sat Oct 24, 12–3 PM (free!)

Your future listing appointment should NOT start with a scavenger hunt 🔎

Thinking about selling next year? Skip the reno spiral. Start a folder instead.

Toss in what you've got: appliance manuals, service receipts, warranties, your update list, permits, HOA docs. Missing something? Just note the gap — no guessing.

I'd way rather help you sort the useful stuff now than watch you panic-search your inbox while the movers load boxes 😅

Message me FOLDER and we'll talk through what matters for YOUR house 💕
