Before listing, my sellers and I had an honest conversation about pricing, market conditions, and their timeline for relocating to their next military base. With ongoing new construction and several competing resale homes in the neighborhood, we knew patience and a solid strategy would be key.

After multiple open houses, showings, and valuable buyer feedback, we decided it was time to adjust our approach. But instead of reducing the price, we offered an upfront seller concession to attract buyers.

Within a week, we were UNDER CONTRACT at list price!
I'm so thankful my sellers trusted me throughout the process, even when their home didn't sell overnight.
Sometimes the answer isn't a price reduction. It's knowing your market, listening to feedback, and making strategic adjustments that get results.
