I hope everyone came through the storm safely. I know some of my homeowners suffered damage, so be sure to get your claims filed ASAP so that you can get on the schedule with the insurance adjusters. My backyard is a tree graveyard right now- RIP to my fence, my favorite crepe myrtles, my precious lime tree and my giant oak- you shall be missed!

While we had hoped to catch the sunset on the Blackwater before the rain hit Thursday evening, we did have to paddle back during a shower. No lightning, at least, and it wasn't quite a downpour, so it was actually very pleasant.
