The Shell Group

Jon Shell is a Pensacola native who graduated from the University of Central Florida with degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. After several years of working as a single agent, Jon began to develop a vision for a real estate team. Knowing that it was imperative to maintain a high level of service to clients and consistently exceed expectations throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home, he realized that doing it on his own was not an option. Today, The Shell Group consists of Jon Shell and Michael James.

“One is too small a number to achieve greatness. By working with Mic, I’m able to allocate more time doing the things I’m best at and to delegate other activities to a team member with a higher level of competency in my weak areas. This way, each of us is a specialist rather than a generalist” -Shell

The Shell Group recognizes that time is our most valuable asset. That’s why we make it a priority to take the time to understand our client’s long term needs, goals, and dreams. We find great satisfaction in being part of this process and strive to provide a service that leverages our unique local knowledge and strong network connections to benefit our clients. In Jon’s spare time, he enjoys surfing, skating, fishing, and working with a non-profit organization he founded called Upward Intuition. The mission of Upward Intuition is to inspire and empower the next generations for a greater community. Their current project is the planning and development of a recently-approved community park underneath I-110. The park will be anchored with a world-class skatepark and will include activities and amenities for people of all ages and interests. The overarching goal is for the park to be the catalyst for the revitalization of the I-110 corridor that is the gateway into Pensacola's downtown and waterfront. We would welcome the opportunity to get to know you and be a part of your real estate journey.
