As a Pensacola native, I have spent my entire life in the Gulf Coast area and know the many challenges and opportunities this unique market offers. After completing an Associate’s degree in business at Pensacola Junior College, now Pensacola State College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance at the University of West Florida, I turned my attention to pursuing a career in real estate. Passion, Integrity, Professionalism, and a Positive Attitude best describe my personality. I am passionate about working with you to guide you through the process of making a sound purchasing or selling decision. Whether you are buying or selling a home, I understand the importance of your time, your money, and your specific goals. As your Realtor, my objective is to find you the home you want at the price you are wiling to pay or to provide an organized marketing plan to get your home sold in the shortest amount of time for the most money possible. My pledge to you as my customer is to work diligently, thoroughly, and proactively in every step of the process. I strive to build personal relationships in my business and vow to never treat you as just another transaction. I will always uncover important material facts relating to purchases, handle dispute resolution in a professional manner, and construct creative solutions for any unforeseen problems.

Small Details That Can Make a Home More Appealing to Buyers
Sellers often think about the big things first: paint, flooring, kitchen updates, or curb appeal. Buyers notice those too, but their impression of a home is also built from dozens of smaller details.

How Timing Can Affect a Seller's Negotiation Strategy
Negotiation isn't only about the number written on an offer. Timing can matter just as much.
An offer that arrives the first day on the market creates a different situation from one that arrives after several weeks. A buyer who can match a seller's preferred closing date may have an advantage that isn't...

Looking Beyond the Mortgage: Long-Term Costs of Owning a Home
A monthly mortgage payment is one of the first numbers buyers look at, but it isn't the only one that matters. Two homes with similar purchase prices can have very different ongoing costs once taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance, and other expenses are added in.
Looking beyond the loan payment...

Keeping Buyers Interested After the First Showing
A buyer walking out of a showing without making an offer isn't necessarily bad news. They may be comparing several homes, talking through their budget, waiting for another family member to see the property, or simply trying not to make a rushed decision.
For sellers, the period after that first visit...

A promising first showing doesn't always lead straight to an offer. Keep buyers engaged by making follow-up easy and addressing issues that may hold them back.
