Honestly, one of the reasons I love being a realtor is because of this day, closing day.

I pride myself on not being a typical Realtor. I'm more like a friend. We're honest with each other, we get to know each other, more importantly, I'm not selling anything. For me I feel like I'm guiding. I make the process feel less stressful. You feel like you're actually with somebody who's looking out for your best interest. It's not about what I'm making at the end of the day. It's about you finding the right home. I'm along for the ride to make sure at the end, you're smiling, I think that that's what sets me apart.

Also, lately I've been giving my buyers moving snacks which seems to be a hit!
