🏡 The housing market is shifting, but not every neighborhood is moving in the same direction.

If you've been keeping an eye on Pasadena and the surrounding communities, here's what I'm noticing lately.

📍 Alhambra: Buyers are gaining a little more breathing room. With more homes becoming available and properties taking longer to sell, there's more opportunity to explore options and negotiate.

📍 South Pasadena: Buyer interest remains strong! Homes are selling faster, prices are trending upward and well-positioned properties are still attracting competition.

📍 Los Angeles: The market is showing signs of cooling. Buyers may have more room to negotiate, while sellers need to be thoughtful about pricing from the start.

📍 San Marino: Homes are moving faster despite some adjustments in asking prices. Buyers have a few more options, but desirable properties can still attract serious interest.

📍 Pasadena: The market remains relatively balanced. Buyers are being more selective, and sellers who price their homes realistically are better positioned to attract offers.

💭 The biggest takeaway? There's no single housing market story right now. What's happening in Pasadena may look completely different from what's happening just a few neighborhoods away.
