That's their call. It's their house.

Here's what I ask for:
Let's agree on the price adjustments now, and sign them with the listing.

That way we're not losing another 30 days every time it's time to talk about price.
The plan is already set.

You've seen the $406 rent increase number.
Nobody's reading you the sentence right under it.

That study assumes your local government raises its tax rate to get every dollar back.
If they don't raise the rate, the number is zero.

And the assessment cap on rentals drops from 10% a year to 5%.
