Closed on this absolutely beautiful home in Pinewood Estate on Wednesday, September 30th in NE Palm Bay. The home was listed for $365,000 and my clients got it for $355,000 and are they super excited. Per their request and out of privacy, they did not want their names to be posted. They started moving in within an hour after the closing was official.
