A boil water notice as been issued for our neighborhood. There is a burst main at a 401 intersection with 418. It should be lifted in a couple of days.

Halloween night reminder: turn on your outside lights for trick or treaters. Turn them off if you don’t plan to participate.

Hello everyone! It's Neil Manson. I'm just going to propose that we make trick or treating in our neighborhood be whenever the city of Oxford makes it. I think there's a real chance they switch it to Friday because there is a home football game Saturday. It is unclear yet whether kickoff will be at 11 or at 2:30. If it's at 2:30 I expect they will want to change when trick-or-treating happens.

But I could be wrong in my reasoning and if we want to just commit to Saturday trick-or-treating regardless, we can do that too!

Hello everyone, this is just a message from one of your neighbors that we've been asked to pass along.

"When walking your dogs, please pick up the "poo" that they leave behind. Someone let their dog f***s at my mailbox and it's very inconsiderate.

Hello everyone! Neil Manson here. A resident just pointed out that he and three other neighbors right around him had the pressure reducing valve fail on the the water unit outside. This is the unit that's in your front yard, right by the sidewalk. If that valve fails, the water pressure on your pipes goes to the maximum. Mine also failed this year, resulting in my hot water heater constantly having its pressure release valve activating.

Since all the houses were built at the same time, lots of things fail in the neighborhood at the same time (a few years ago it was garage door openers).

Just FYI!
